1. Who we are

hasexchange ("hasexchange", "we", "us") operates a website that lets you convert fiat currency into cryptocurrency. hasexchange does not process payments, perform identity verification, or hold or transmit your funds itself — those functions are performed by our licensed payment partner, Alchemy Pay, whose own terms govern the checkout you complete on their hosted page.

2. What the service does

• You choose a fiat amount, a cryptocurrency, and a network.
• We show you a live, non-binding estimate of the rate, fees, and processing time.
• Clicking "Buy Crypto" opens Alchemy Pay's hosted checkout, where you complete identity verification (if required) and payment directly with Alchemy Pay.
• Alchemy Pay delivers the purchased cryptocurrency directly to the wallet address you provide. hasexchange never takes custody of your funds or crypto.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to buy cryptocurrency under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for confirming that using this service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict access from jurisdictions where the service, or Alchemy Pay's services, are not offered.

4. Rates, fees, and estimates

Rates, network fees, and processing times shown on this site are estimates only, based on third-party market data, and can change before you complete checkout. The amount you actually pay and receive is determined and confirmed by Alchemy Pay at checkout, not by hasexchange.

5. No custody, no investment advice

hasexchange is non-custodial: we never hold your fiat or crypto. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible — see our Risk Disclosure.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use this service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful purpose. Alchemy Pay may decline, delay, or reverse any transaction as part of its own compliance checks; hasexchange has no control over those decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hasexchange is not liable for losses arising from rate changes, delays, failed or rejected transactions, incorrect wallet addresses you provide, or acts or omissions of Alchemy Pay or other third parties. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
