1. What this policy covers

This policy describes what hasexchange itself collects when you use this website. It does not cover Alchemy Pay's hosted checkout, where you may be asked for identity or payment information directly by Alchemy Pay — that exchange is governed by Alchemy Pay's own privacy policy, not this one.

2. Information we collect

  • Preference cookies — a locale cookie (language) and a fiat-currency cookie, so the site remembers your choices across visits. No account or identity is attached to these cookies.
  • Order reference — when you start a purchase, we generate an order number and pass your selected fiat amount, currency, crypto, and network to Alchemy Pay to build your checkout session. We do not store your wallet address, payment details, or identity documents.
  • Basic server logs — standard web request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) kept for security and abuse prevention.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, government ID, payment card details, or wallet private keys. That information, if required, is collected directly by Alchemy Pay during checkout.

4. How information is used

We use the data above to operate the site (remembering your language/currency), generate and track your order reference, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

5. Third parties

To provide quotes and process purchases, this site calls CoinGecko (public market price data) and Alchemy Pay (checkout, identity verification, and crypto delivery). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Preference cookies persist for up to one year unless you clear them. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

You can request details of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@hasexchange.vip. Requests about data collected during Alchemy Pay checkout should go to Alchemy Pay directly.

8. Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted here.
